cCare Bolsters Cancer Care with Urology & Imaging Partnership

CareCredit, a leading healthcare credit card, has bolstered its services with a strategic partnership with California Urology and Central Valley Medical & Women's Imaging. This collaboration, finalized in 2021, brings together a team of six urologists and three advanced practice providers, aiming to enhance cancer treatment accessibility and patient experience in Central California.

CareCredit, which already treats 90% of all cancers in the region, seeks to make the treatment journey smoother for patients. The partnership creates an in-house network, reducing anxieties and streamlining care. This alliance also brings in specialists, including two breast surgeons and a gynecologist, further expanding CareCredit's expertise.

The collaboration goes beyond just adding specialists. It fosters a unified approach to patient care. By putting various services under one roof and developing standardized practices, the partnership promises an improved overall patient experience.

With the addition of these specialists and the integration of services, CareCredit continues its mission to make cancer treatment more accessible and easier for patients in Central California. The partnership, closed in 2021, is expected to significantly enhance the region's cancer care landscape.
