Topics ranged from paediatric ENT, rhinoplasty, cochlear implants, and balance disorders, to the latest advancements in otology, rhinology, laryngology, and head and neck surgery.

Hands-on workshops, such as "Balance Man," were part of the conference's program, providing attendees with practical, interactive learning experiences. Dr. Latifa Al-Makouchi acknowledged Dr. Tarabichi's foundational contributions to the academy, while Dr. Moaz Tarabichi, co-chair of the conference, described the event as a vital opportunity to explore the latest in ENT innovations and challenges. The conference also honoured distinguished physicians for their contributions to healthcare.

Moreover, 30 top research papers by young otolaryngologists from 15 nations were selected for the conference, showcasing the growing importance of ENT medicine in both clinical and surgical contexts. Dr. Tarabichi emphasized the specialty’s evolution, noting its complexity and its broad relevance across age groups.

The 21st meeting, scheduled for April 10-12, 2026, in Dubai, UAE, is expected to continue focusing on these areas given the specialty’s scope.
