Fitness enthusiasts using iPhones in 21 specified countries can access Apple's Fitness+ service from October 24 onwards.

Fitness+, Apple's fitness service, is set to offer an exciting array of new features and collaborations, starting from October 24. Here's a rundown of the latest updates:

New Collections and Programmes

Fitness+ is introducing three new Collections: Totally '80s Cycling, Best Mindful Cooldowns for Athletes, and the 14-Day HIIT and Strength Challenge. Additionally, a new workout program, Yoga for Every Runner, will be introduced, featuring Scott Jurek and led by Fitness+ Yoga trainer Jessica Skye.

In a unique twist, Fitness+ trainer Scott Carvin will coach users through a Treadmill workout, with the first letter of each coaching tip spelling out "SWIFTIE." Similarly, in a HIIT workout, Anja Garcia will coach users through 13-second intervals to lean into Swift's affinity for the number 13.

Moreover, a new Artist Spotlight series featuring music from Taylor Swift will be available on Fitness+.

Partnerships and Offers

SilverSneakers, the nation's leading fitness program for older adults, will offer members a Fitness+ subscription at no additional cost starting in January 2023 through select Medicare Advantage plans.

Mobile Health, a leading provider of mobile health solutions, will offer its employer customers the opportunity to add Fitness+ as a wellness benefit for their employees. Employees who stay active can even earn an Apple Watch.

Target is offering a four-month free trial of Fitness+ for members of Target Circle, the retailer's free-to-join loyalty program.

In Germany, Telekom and Vodafone offer Apple Fitness+ subscriptions to their customers without additional costs. UnitedHealthcare continues to offer Fitness+ as an annual subscription at no additional cost to millions of members as part of their fully insured employer-sponsored health benefit.

Fitness+ is now available for iPhone users in 21 countries starting October 24.

New Episodes of Time to Walk

Fitness+ will also introduce new episodes of Time to Walk starting on October 24, featuring Hannah Waddingham, Meghan Trainor, and Eileen M. Collins.
