Linda Kosine - Individual Identification
Linda Louise Kosine, a beloved resident of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025, at the age of 68, after a long battle with breast cancer.
Born around 1956-1957 in Buffalo, Wyoming, Linda moved to Sheridan at a young age. She was a warm and caring individual, known for her friendly and helpful nature, which made everyone feel loved, valued, respected, and appreciated.
Linda was married to David Kosine on July 30, 1983, and they spent 42 beautiful years together. This union brought them a son, Jerrod Turk, and later, Linda became a bonus mom to Brian Kosine, and had a daughter, Kendra Kosine. She was also a loving sister to Lori (David) Bertrand of Billings, Montana, Candy Aragon of Yuma, Arizona, and Kris (Jerry) Melneck of Sheridan.
Linda was a doting grandmother to six grandchildren and one great-grandson. Her home was always filled with laughter and love, as she enjoyed hosting BBQs, camping, playing games, and engaging in her favourite pastimes such as arts and crafts, watching wrestling, and cheering for her KC Chiefs.
Linda was an active member of the Women's VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed playing Bingo on Tuesdays. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW in her honour.
Arrangements are under the care of Sheridan Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be held on August 9, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at 19 Woboda Lane, Sheridan, Wyoming. Online condolences may be made at www.sheridanfuneral.com.
