On August 7, 2025, Regional Medical Center (RMC) in Manchester, Iowa, celebrated its 75th anniversary. Originally named Delaware County Memorial Hospital, RMC has grown significantly over the past seven decades, becoming a critical access hospital serving a broad regional population.
