Ministry Solicits Research Proposals for UAE's Second Academic Event on Health and Medicine Studies

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) is set to host the second edition of the Scientific Conference on Health and Medical Research in October 2025. This national initiative, led by MoHAP's National Centre for Health Research, aims to strengthen the UAE's position in global health research, build local research capabilities, foster innovation, and promote the dissemination of high-impact clinical and medical studies.

The conference encourages the participation of directors of research departments, health innovation experts, researchers, academics, and healthcare professionals across the UAE. This includes university academics, postgraduate students, resident doctors, and representatives from pharmaceutical companies.

Registration for the conference is free and available through MoHAP's official website. The event offers a platform for both seasoned and emerging researchers to showcase their work and collaborate with peers.

The deadline for paper submissions is 15 June 2025. Researchers are invited to submit their original papers on a wide range of topics, such as oncology, cardiovascular health, diabetes, obesity, genetics, infectious diseases, neuroscience, women's and children's health, environmental health, AI in medical applications, and organ donation and transplantation.

After submission, decisions on acceptance will be announced by 15 September 2025. Authors are requested to submit their original research abstracts via email to [email protected], following the specified submission guidelines provided by the National Center for Health Research (NCHR) at MoHAP.
