NZME & ANZ Bank Team Up Again for Bigger Daffodil Day Live Broadcast

NZME and ANZ Bank New Zealand are joining forces once again for Daffodil Day, this time with a live broadcast event, ANZ Donation Station, on Friday, August 29, 2025. The event promises to be bigger and better, with a star-studded lineup and various fundraising activations across NZME's network.

The live broadcast will air on ZM from 7am to 6pm, featuring Guy Sebastian, Cassie Henderson, Paige, Michael Galvin, Jeremy Corbett, and surprise guests yet to be announced. The event will also be streamed across iHeartRadio, social media, NZ Herald online, and amplified across NZME's wider radio network. Last year's initiative won Best Client Campaign at the 2025 Radio Awards, highlighting its success and impact.

NZME's 1200 strong team will also be fundraising internally for the Cancer Society. Greg McCrea, NZME's Chief Commercial Officer, Agency, expressed his excitement to support the Cancer Society with ANZ. Sarah Rogan, ANZ NZ Head of Sponsorship, is proud to continue supporting the Cancer Society for 35 years through this campaign. This year's event promises to be bigger, with various fundraising activations across NZME's network.

To participate and donate, tune in to ZM or join the livestream, and text DONATE to 3493 to make an instant $3 donation. Every contribution goes towards supporting the Cancer Society and making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
