New Specialist Joins Helios Ambulance Center in Burg
Sandra Weisemann, a specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology, is set to start her new role at the Helios Ambulance Center in Burg from September 1, 2025. Weisemann brings a wealth of experience to her new position, having completed her specialist training in 2025 and working as a senior physician at the Helios Clinic Zerbst before that.
Weisemann is well-connected in the Burg region, having worked with many of her colleagues during her time as a specialist in the Helios Clinic. Her training in internal medicine was completed at the Helios Clinic Zerbst from 2016 to 2022, while her further training as a gastroenterologist was at the Helios Clinic Jerichower Land and the Gastro Practice in Magdeburg.
Appointments with Weisemann can be made by phone, online, or in person at the Helios Ambulance Center in Burg, located at August-Bebel-Straße 55a. The contact number for appointments is T (03921) 962 010. For those who are not mobile, Weisemann offers home visits.
Weisemann is excited about her new role and is committed to individually and holistically accompanying her patients. She values equal-level communication with her patients, whether for acute complaints or long-term care of chronic illnesses.
In addition to complete primary care, including diagnostics, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, disease management programs, preventive care with check-ups, vaccination advice, and vaccinations, Weisemann has also applied for a permit for abdominal and vascular ultrasound examinations. This close integration with the Helios Clinic Jerichower Land allows for seamless outpatient and inpatient care.
