In the city of Mirny, Yakutia, a multi-story residential building for the resettlement of people from dilapidated housing is under construction. The project, scheduled for completion in 2024, has hit a snag, with the commissioning now delayed. Aisen Nikolaev, the leader of Yakutia, has called for the involvement of supervisory and law enforcement agencies to address the issue.

Meanwhile, progress is being made on other fronts. The construction of a children's medical facility in the Verkhnevilyuisky District, which began in 2017, is over 85% complete. Aisen Nikolaev aims to have the facility operational by the end of this year, and it will be equipped with modern medical equipment, including a 13-bed pediatric ward, rooms for newborns and parents, a play area, a cafeteria, an emergency room, and various diagnostic and consulting services.

The Verkhnevilyuisky District, known for its strong tradition in the national sport of Khapсагай, is also home to a new universal sports complex. The construction of this complex was initially halted due to delays by the contractor, "Severo-Vostokstroyizayin," but has since resumed under the republic's investment program by "StroyMontazhKompelt." As of an inspection by Aisen Nikolaev, the sports complex is 65% complete, with 20 workers on site.

The sports complex will exceed 1,700 square meters in area and will contain a wrestling hall with two mats, a coaching room, a doctor's office, locker rooms, a gym, administrative and utility rooms, and a dormitory for 32 people.

Aisen Nikolaev also inspected the progress of the construction of another universal sports complex for martial arts. The contractor, "Stroyinzhiring," was provided with an advance of 90%. As of the inspection, the sports complex is making steady progress, with the construction and assembly work of the residential building on Lenin Street suspended, with the object's readiness estimated at 60%.

The children's medical facility is part of the national "Comprehensive and Active Life" project initiated by President Vladimir Putin. The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of children across Russia. The commissioning of the residential building and the completion of the sports complexes are crucial steps in Yakutia's ongoing efforts to provide its citizens with modern facilities for living, working, and playing.
