Sleep Cycle collaborates with Gympass, expanding its sleep monitoring service to millions of workers worldwide
In a move aimed at promoting employee well-being and productivity, Sleep Cycle, a leading sleep tracking application, has partnered with Gympass, a corporate wellness platform. This partnership, now rebranded as Wellhub, is set to revolutionise the corporate wellness landscape.
Sleep Cycle, with over two billion nights analysed across more than 150 countries, is on a mission to improve global health by empowering people to sleep better. The mobile application helps users fall asleep more easily, tracks and analyses sleep during the night, wakes the user in a light sleep phase, and provides insight into how sleep quality can be improved.
Gympass, on the other hand, is a platform that encourages all forms of physical, mental, and emotional activities to promote well-being. The platform, active in several countries in North America, Latin America, and Europe, boasts partnerships with over 50,000 fitness partners, offers 1,300 on-demand classes, 2,000 hours of meditation, 1,000 healthy recipes, weekly individual therapy sessions, and hundreds of personal trainers.
The synergy between the two companies positively impacts employee performance and well-being by integrating sleep resources into a comprehensive corporate wellness platform. By adding Sleep Cycle's sleep data and improvement solutions into Gympass's suite, employees gain better access to sleep tracking and guidance, which enhances rest quality—a key factor in cognitive function, mood regulation, and overall health.
Gympass emphasises creating a workplace culture centred on well-being by leveraging AI and partnerships that enhance user experience, including sleep-focused offerings. Such integrations promote sustained health benefits and productivity gains, as supported by wellness program findings that report up to 84% productivity increases and reduced sick days with better stress and sleep management.
