  3. Promoting Decent Work Standards: Labour rights and decent working conditions should be upheld across all employment types, ensuring fair wages, occupational safety, and the right to collective bargaining even in more flexible work arrangements.
  4. Balancing Flexibility with Security: Flexible work policies should respond to the demands of employers and workers alike, but within a framework that guarantees minimum security measures – the essence of "flexicurity."
  5. Social Dialogue and Tripartism: Collaboration between governments, employers, and workers' organisations should be strengthened to design and implement policies that reflect the interests of all stakeholders in the changing labor market.
  6. Adapting to Technological Change: Preparing for automation and AI impacts requires integrating innovation with social policies that ensure no worker is left behind, focusing on reskilling and job transition support.

The ILO Commission underscores that achieving a fair future of work requires combining adaptable labor market practices with robust social protection and worker empowerment, creating a sustainable balance between flexibility and security. Alain Dehaze stresses that these policies must prioritise human-centered approaches to ensure inclusive and fair economic progress.
