In a significant milestone, renewable energy company Trinasolar has been honoured by Bloomberg Green as a "Workplace for All" in Greater China. This recognition, bestowed on July 17, 2025, highlights Trinasolar's excellence in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance, gender equality, labour compliance, and sustainable talent development.

Trinasolar's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and ensuring fair labor practices and employee well-being is evident in its diverse and inclusive workforce. The company became a global signatory to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) in 2024, underscoring its commitment to gender equality and workplace diversity.
